It was not as difficult as I thought it would be! It was simply taking out some bad foods from my diet and the weight just came off! I learned how to eat healthy and as a result I was able to start exercising. I now am acturally running. I haven't run in so long because I was so heavy that it killed my knees! Success by Design has changed my life. I'm a firm believer its a life style change and not a diet. September 1 2008 I weighed 230lbs an all time high to day Jan 22 2009 I weigh 172.5 lbs I have been of maintenance for 1 month now and have not gain any of it back. The biggest change for me was since the weigh loss. I am currently off 6 Medications that I was previously on including 2 for diabetes, 2 for breathing, 1 for blood pressure, and 1 for acid reflux. I no longer have to use my C-pap machine. My breathing was at 75 % September 1st and 2 weeks ago I was at 92% . My current savings in co-payments is $ 140.00 a month.
