Ingredients: Ashwagandha, Astragalus Membranaceus, Siberian Ginseng,
Astragalus Membranaceu: Used to stimulate the immine system and the body's ability to resist and combat various diseases.
Ashwaganda (withania somnifera): Non-toxic herb that works in a non-specific basis to help normalize physiological function. Working via the HPA axis and the neuro-endocrine system to help normalize cortisol levels. Considered to be an adaptogen.
Siberian ginseng: Known to rejuvenate adrenal function. Reported to stimulate the immune and circulatory systems, increase resistance to stress regulate neurotransmitters, regulate blood pressure, reduce inflammation, treat insomnia caused by prolonged anxiety and increase stamina and the ability to cope with stress.
Rhodiiola rosea PE 3%: Used to increase energy, stamina, strength and mental capacity. May help reduce feeling of mental fatigue and improve mental performance. Considered an adaptogen to help the body adapt to and resist physical, chemical, and environmental stress.
Directions for use: Take 2 capsules orally twice daily (morning and early afternoon)
