You know, sometimes people tell me things happen for a reason. I truly believe in that!  Losing my weight has changed the way I look at things in a different way. I eat much healthier, along with my husband and kids. I watch everything I eat. I definitely don't want to get back on the bad track, so I have changed my eating habits and also exercise daily which is something I have chosen to work on keeping my weight maintained.
 
When I went in for a sick visit back in July of 2007, to my primary physician at the time, Dr. Figueroa, I noticed she started up a new weight loss business, Success by Design.  I knew I had to do something soon, very soon!  My health was at risk!  I was sick alot, short of breath and could not keep up with activities with my kids, plus all I wanted to do was sleep!  A friend of mine Kelly Baker and I discussed the diet and we decided to do it together. Having a friend by your side and one you can relate to helps.

So we joined Success by Design. In October 2007, I made a goal to lose 45 lbs.  I never knew it could be SO easy!  Each week, I went in to the most friendly staff anyone could ever ask for. One on one consultations with my Doctor and Sherri were wonderful. They guided me throughout the entire process.  Helped me figure out a way to eat properly and lose in areas I never could lose before on the other diets.  I could not have done this with out all of their support and encouragement. Now, I am pure advertisement, every time I go out and run into an old friend, they can't believe how good I look?  They always want to know my secret?  This diet is wonderful and it gets you to your goal in no time. Now that I am on maintenance, I have stuck with Sherri's maintenance plan since Dec. 2007 and I have been able to keep my goal weight the same.  I highly recommend Success by Design to anyone!  We all have been on you-you diets but this one is the best, it teaches you the right way to eat and have a whole new meaning of a healthy life!
 
Now I can share my story with others and maybe swap some too-big clothes!
