Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies
Quick and easy, and you won't know it's not the real thing!.

Ingredients

1 Egg
1 cup granulated Splenda
3/4 cup natural peanut butter (Smuckers) low carb
1/4 cup part skim ricotta

For chocolate peanut butter add 2 to 4 tablespoons cocoa powder and add additional Splenda to sweeten cocoa powder.

Instructions

Mix ingredients,
spoon on to cookie sheet (lightly coated with cooking spray – canola spray is best)
and bake 300 for 10 to 15 minutes.
